radio-control.jpgStereo fader control - unusual?

'UPDATE 16/5/06'
I was informed by Bryan from Palm Beach Mustangs USA that this is a very rare 1968 Mustang rear speaker reverb system for the AM radio. He has only ever seen two in the past 20 yrs. It is located in the 68 Mustang parts catalog. Given how rare it is and how it ever ended up on a GT in New Zealand is a great mystery.

This control unit sits just under the ashtray. It's a factory control unit moulded in the block off plate - unusual? It was sent to me from NZ and is located in a GT.

hoon1.jpg'Mcleod Horn Cars'

Mcleod were known for their wild interpretations of interior and exterior design. They offered these packages through various dealers like Coachcraft Ford in Brisbane. They did wild things like different 'groovy' coloured seat trims, half and quarter vinyl coloured roofs and wild strips on bonnets and panels. They also affixed a 'Continental' script badge to the rear quarters with the vinyl roof.
